Throughout her 20+ year career, Cindy Balon Harder has had extensive experience in Marketing, Wholesale & Retail Distribution, Supply Chain, and in developing Sales and Operations Planning processes. She is especially familiar with the Consumer Products industry where she has participated in all aspects of the supply chain, from Demand Planning to Warehouse Distribution.

Cindy attended Coach U, the leading global provider of coach training programs, to expand her expertise on personal development for business women. Her clients consist of entrepreneurs and women business owners who want to meet personal and profession goals.  She believes all women are capable of leadership outside as well as inside the home.

Currently Cindy is a Principal at Visual Data Group. Her main focus is Marketing, PR and Social Media, Supply Chain Management and consulting.
